This multipurpose column is designed to meet multiple chromatography requirements with one quick and easy purification step. Each column can simultaneously purify extracts containing aflatoxin, zearalenone, and trichothecenes including DON. These columns maximize testing dollars by screening for multiple toxins with one column.

DON (Vomitoxin) Column
The PuriToxSR DON Columns TC-T200 are
specifically designed for the purification of
DON (Vomitoxin) prior to HPLC / GC and other
detection methods. These columns will purify
grain and feed Sample extracts in one step.

PuriToxSR Ochratoxin Column
The PuriToxSR TC-O130 Ochratoxin columns are designed for cleanup of grain and feed samples prior to HPLC or TLC procedures. These columns are utilized with a flow through system with the aid of a vacuum enhanced gravity drain. The large reservoir allows for the addition of increased volumes of extract to be placed on the column.

The PuriToxSR TC-F120 Fumonisin Columns
are utilized for the clean up of grains prior
to HPLC analysis. The TC-F120 is a gravity
flow column which may be used with
vacuum.

CertifiedSR Mycotoxin Reference Materials
Trilogy Analytical offers certified reference materials for quality control of mycotoxin methodology. Trilogy processes these samples under strict quality control procedures to ensure a homogenous reference material. HPLC / GC/MS quality certificates are provided with each batch.
These naturally contaminated samples are ideal for validating methods, training new technicians and as positive control material during assays. Certified reference materials are available in various matrices and levels of contamination. Aflatoxin, DON (Vomitoxin) and Fumonisin contaminated material are readily available. Commodities include Corn and Corn by products, Wheat and Wheat by products, Barley and Malted Barley. Spiked materials are also available upon request. Samples are available in 10 and 50 gram tubes, 1 pound, 1 Kilogram and 2 Kilogram bulk samples.
