  Allergens
  More than 4 million people in the U.S. are known to have a food allergy of some type. Food allergens are proteins in food that can produce an immune response in susceptible individuals. It is estimated that as many as 8 percent of all children and adults suffer from food allergies. Trilogy Analytical offers services to detect the presence of the most prevalent allergens, which include: Egg, Peanut, Gluten, Milk, Soy and Hazelnut.

  Trilogy provides a wide range of assays for beverages including organic acids profile, mold identification and sugars. We specialize in wine and juice assays.

  Mold ID
  Mold identification can detect, isolate and identify potentially dangerous molds and yeast from a variety of beverages, foods, feeds, grains, paper products and building materials.

  Mycotoxins
  Mycotoxins are toxic fungal metabolites that chemically divers and can occur in a variety of grains, feed, food and beverage products. Some of these compounds can cause serious human and animal health problems. Mycotoxins can enter the food and feed supply during production, processing, transportation or storage. Trilogy can test for more than 33 mycotoxins including Aflatoxin, Fumonisin, Ochratoxin and Vomitoxin. Trilogy uses sophisticated chromatography methods including GC/ MS, GC and HPLC.
